Smart Recruit is an applied AI research initiative focused on transforming how service organizations match talent to opportunity. The platform explores the use of hybrid semantic retrieval and deterministic scoring models to intelligently align job descriptions with internal talent profiles through a conversational interface.
Rather than relying solely on keyword matching, Smart Recruit investigates context-aware profile discovery, structured eligibility filtering, and explainable ranking methodologies to improve shortlisting precision and decision transparency.
The system is currently undergoing controlled pilot evaluations across select teams as part of our broader AI innovation roadmap.
