Board Design Services
We provide end-to-end board design services covering schematic development, PCB layout, power stage design, and production-ready hardware engineering for embedded and power electronic systems.
Custom Embedded & Power Electronics Hardware Development
Our board design capabilities cover complete embedded and power electronics hardware development, including system architecture definition, schematic design, multi-layer PCB layout, power stage design, signal and power integrity planning, and design-for-manufacturing considerations. We work across microcontroller and SoC-based platforms, mixed-signal systems, high-current power paths, and communication interfaces, delivering production-ready hardware aligned with performance, reliability, and scalability requirements.
Hardware Architecture Definition
System-level architecture development including processor selection, power tree design, peripheral mapping, and interface definition aligned with product requirements.
Schematic Design
Multi-layer schematic development for microcontroller, SoC, power electronics, communication interfaces, protection circuits, and mixed-signal systems.
Power Electronics Design
Design of AC-DC, DC-DC, inverter, motor control, and battery management power stages including component selection and control interface planning.
PCB Layout & Stackup Planning
High-speed, mixed-signal, and power PCB layout with controlled impedance routing, EMI/EMC considerations, and thermal management planning.
Signal Integrity & Power Integrity Considerations
Layout optimization for high-current paths, switching nodes, grounding strategy, and noise reduction.
Component Selection & BOM Optimization
Selection of reliable and supply-stable components with focus on cost efficiency and manufacturability.
Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
PCB design aligned with EMS production requirements including assembly constraints, panelization, and test-point planning.
Prototype Bring-Up Support
Board validation, power-up sequencing checks, signal verification, and debugging support during initial hardware testing.
Design & Development Tools
We use industry-standard EDA tools for schematic capture and multi-layer PCB layout, supporting high-speed, mixed-signal, and power electronics designs. Our workflow includes simulation tools for power stage validation, signal integrity considerations, and thermal assessment. Version-controlled design repositories ensure structured schematic and layout management, while manufacturing outputs are generated in compliance with standard PCB fabrication and assembly requirements.
Prototyping & Bring-Up
We support hardware prototyping, initial board power-up, and systematic bring-up validation. This includes power rail verification, clock and reset validation, interface signal checks, peripheral activation, and early-stage debugging. We work closely with firmware teams to ensure smooth hardware–software integration and resolve issues during first-silicon or first-board validation.
Engagement Model
We support flexible engagement models including complete hardware ownership from concept to production release, subsystem-level design support, PCB layout-only assignments, hardware review and optimization projects, and prototyping assistance. Engagements can be structured as fixed-scope development, milestone-based delivery, or long-term hardware engineering partnerships.
