We are working on developing a series of foundational Mixed-signal and Analog/Power IPs which will be used to build ICs addressing a diverse range of applications. The IPs are being developed using a popular High Voltage BCD process, capable of handling 85V+ applications. The IP architectures are being chosen such that the circuits can be easily migrated to other process nodes, as required. Some of the target applications include: Precision High Dynamic Range Sensor Interfaces, Battery Management, LED Drivers, Motor drivers, Standalone Data-Converters, Voltage Regulators etc.
Some of the IPs being developed are:
• 24-bit down to 12-bit Delta-Sigma Analog to Digital Converters
• 12-bit 50MSPS calibrated SAR ADC
• +/- 20ppm/degC High Precision voltage reference
• LDO capable of handling 1.8V to 85V input range and 100+ mA load current
• Bandgap and voltage/current biasing circuits
• Constant current source external drivers capable of handling 60mA
• Programmable Integer/Fractional PLL
• Die temperature sensor
• Stable Internal 16/32MHz and 32KHz Oscillator
• GPIOs
• SPI/ I2C serial interface
• Register bank, control logic for programming the IPs
• POR, BOR, and fault detection circuitry
• Analog/Digital BIST for the IPs
• ESD protection for the IPs
